Cookies are homemade and prepared in an approved, cottage food operations (CFO) kitchen. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY FOOD ITEMS.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday and typically shipped within 1-2 days to guarantee freshness: we want to ensure the tastiest cookies possible. If you place your order between Friday afternoon and Sunday your order will be shipped out on Monday. If there is any delay in preparation or shipping, buyer will be notified.
